Thank you for the sharing last night. Oneness does not mean we withhold different opinions. I'm glad at least we have a platform that everyone can openly share his/her view. However, due to limited time allocation we do need to exercise certain constraints in order not to diverge from the key topics. From time to time, I interrupt and try to focus back to the key issues. If I offended you in doing so last night, I apologize and ask for your forgiveness.
Vision is a big thing and it takes a long time to reach a common one, It's certainly worth the time and effort. Along the process we all need to learn the lesson of humility, gentleness, and patience. Humility, knowing that we are before God and do not fully comprehend His will. Gentleness toward other coworkers, realizing that one can speak freely only under a loving, kind environment. Patience toward our own suffering, understanding that is the way God uses to enlarge our capacity.
I really hope that we have more or less vented whatever occupied our hearts and we are ready to move forward. As we are going to read 1st Corinthians next week, let's follow Paul's pattern, knowing nothing except Jesus Christ and Him crucified (1 Cor. 2:2).
